Director of the ICE office of New Delhi
Alessandro Liberatori is the Director of the ICE office of New Delhi and the Coordinator of the ICE Network for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives. After graduating in Political Science with an International Politics degree, he achieved his masters in European Union Law and Economics. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Foreign Trade and International Finance.
He began his professional career collaborating, from 1996 to 2000, with Confartigianato, the Italian General Confederation of Craft and Small Businesses. In 2000 he joined the the ICE Agency, and his first role was at the Headquarters in Rome, concerning the promotion of the Fashion sector.
From 2006 to 2011 he was the Director of the ICE Agency Office in Zagreb (Croatia) and later Director of the Business Assistance Office and Director of the Mechanics, Chemistry, Energy and Environment Office in Rome. From 2015 to 2019 he served as Director of the ICE Office in Jakarta, Indonesia, before taking on his current position as Director of the ICE Office in New Delhi, India and Coordinator of the ICE Network for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives.
